For Immediate Release: Cotton Gin Tavern Brings the Funk and Roll Show to Downtown York, SCThe Cotton Gin Tavern, the multi-faceted bar/restaurant/music venue/dance club, is introducing Brian Hartzog's Funk and Roll Show to downtown York, SC. The Cotton Gin is York's most eclectic venue, featuring two bars, a restaurant, live music, and a DJ-usually all on the same night. Located just 25 minutes from Charlotte, the Cotton Gin is a great place to get away from the Uptown bank scene for night of food, music, and dancing. Hartzog's Funk and Roll Show, a staple at NoDa Gallery Crawls, is sure to mix well with the eclectic Cotton Gin crowds. Hartzog, a self-proclaimed indie artist from Charlotte, mixes funk and classic rock into a decidedly alternative blend of original music and spoken word.
